When we hire Associates, responsibilities of the position will include:

• Financial statement modeling and analysis
• Performing extensive valuation and pricing analyses
• Preparing and delivering presentations
• Sourcing potential investors and buyers for client companies
• Playing key leadership roles in the transaction execution process
