Palladium Capital Advisors LLC is a rapidly growing FINRA/SIPC-member investment bank currently recruiting a key team member that will work directly with the Managing Director of the firm’s Communications and Technology practice. Responsibilities of this position will include:
-Financial statement modeling and analysis
-Performing extensive valuation and pricing analyses
-Preparing and delivering presentations
-Sourcing potential investors and buyers for client companies
-Playing key leadership roles in the transaction execution process
