. Case Study #1: $7.75M Financing for Protein Polymer Technologies (public biotech company)
Protein Polymer Technologies, Inc. (OTC: PPTI.OB) had invested $110M in the development of 3 products in clinical trials. To execute its business plan, they required approximately $8M and had very specific terms under which they wanted to receive financing. Within 3 months of signing an agreement with Palladium Capital Advisors, in March 2005, we completed Protein Polymer´s $7.75M private placement.
