Fellows Energy Raises $1.06M in private placement

May 24, 2005: Fellows Energy Ltd. (OTCBB:FLWE) today announced the completion of an equity private placement in the amount of $1,062,000. Fellows intends to use the proceeds of the offering to fund a portion of its ongoing exploration, drilling and working capital needs. Palladium Capital Advisors acted as a Selling Group Member to assist Legend Merchant Group, the Exclusive Placement Agent of Fellows Energy.
